Introduction

Parenting can feel impossible at times. After living my own postpartum journey, I am passionate about supporting moms and families through early parenthood. Often times parenting brings a whole new set of challenges or reopens old wounds. My goal is to work alongside you to find peace and hope for the future. I also have extensive training as a play therapist. I enjoy working with kids with ADHD, anger or behavioral issues, anxiety and trauma. Together we can work to make your home a more peaceful and loving environment.
