Introduction

I am a licensed associate counselor and certified trauma professional with six years of experience in community mental health and private practice working with at-risk youth, families, and individuals. I provide trauma-informed integrative counseling and believe there is no ‘one size fits all’ approach to therapy. Many of my clients have experienced one or more traumatic events and struggle to manage the lasting effects on themselves and those around them. I work to come alongside teens, children, individuals, and their families as they navigate life’s many challenges, providing a safe and stable environment for them to share their stories. My focus has been on behavior modification, family reunification, trauma(s), anxiety, depression, attachment, AD(H)D, and adjustment disorders. I am a certified trauma professional (CTP) and have spent most of my time working with at-risk individuals. I provide individual, couples, and family sessions with an eclectic approach to therapy. Often, we experience traumas in life and do not have the opportunity or skills necessary to grieve them on our own. I consider it an honor to walk alongside those seeking support; I look forward to hearing your story!
