Depending on who I am working with, I utilize different therapeutic techniques to build on the strengths of the client in order to accomplish their goals. Most commonly, I tend to emphasize strengthening the interconnections between people, reframing the stories we create for ourselves, and mending any dysfunctional thought patterns. I have experience working with depression, anxiety, trauma, grief and loss, life transitions, relationship problems, parenting issues, and twin dynamics.
