Introduction

Meredith studied at Northen Arizona University, earning her BA in Anthropology in 2009 followed by attending Grand Canyon University earning her Master’s in Professional Counseling in 2018. Meredith is a Licensed Associate Counselor. She began her work in behavioral health nearly eight years ago where she discovered her passion in working with individuals on their therapeutic journey. Over the past eight years her background has included trauma, individual, group and family therapies, substance use with both adolescents and adults, residential treatment settings, intensive outpatient settings, and general mental health. Meredith has worked with adolescents, teens, young adults, and adults. Meredith is trained in Dialectal Behavioral Therapy (DBT) including Mindfulness, Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Trauma Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), Solution Focused (SF), Motivational Interviewing (MI), relapse prevention, and harm reduction. Meredith is able to collaborate with clients and their natural supports to develop and implement an effective treatment plan, explain clinical options, assist is coordinating appropriate services for clients, and continuously evaluate the effectiveness of treatment through ongoing assessment. Meredith is excited to provide outstanding care for patients!
