Introduction

Hello & Welcome to Meredith Luther Counseling, LLC. Meredith is experienced and passionate about helping adolescents and young and middle-aged adults navigate relationship concerns. She's eager to help each client grow a deeper sense of self and experience healing and freedom that can come from sorting through attachment wounds, learning how to identify and communicate needs and demystifying and establishing healthy boundaries. She believes learning how to regulate your nervous system can be an essential part of therapy. She will assist you in developing healthy coping skills, while also helping you recognize the unhealthy coping mechanisms you may have and understand why you may have developed them. Some of Meredith's experience includes treating anxiety disorders, trauma, OCD, depression, suicidal ideation, self-harm, boundaries, interpersonal issues, and identity. She values meeting each client where they and incorporates creative ways to assist their counseling journey. This may simply include traditional talk therapy, or EMDR, play therapy or art. Meredith Luther is a Licensed Professional Counselor in Pennsylvania and Delaware, with nearly 10 years of experience in the field. She received her Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Psychology and Master of Science (MS) degree in Counseling from Cairn University. She is a National Certified Counselor and has received training in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR). One aspect of the counseling process she values most is the opportunity to build safety and trust with each client at their own pace. She considers it a privilege to come alongside people as they bravely step into the counseling process. If Meredith sounds like she may be a good fit for you or someone you know, please feel free to request a free 15-minute consultation session, or a full length session through her website, or contact her by email at meredithluthercounseling@gmail.com. Each step in this process is brave.
