I am committed to providing a supportive and collaborative space where individuals, couples, and families can find healing and growth. I focus on long-term depth therapy, and incorporate mindfulness, expressive arts, and narrative techniques when working with individuals. When working with couples, I incorporate Gottman and EFT theories. My approach is warm, attachment based and trauma informed. I have also received training from Postpartum Support International and am able to support parents and families during the perinatal and postpartum periods. In particular, I care deeply about helping parents and families navigate difficult fertility challenges and loss, from miscarriage and stillbirth to termination for medical reasons. Past patients have described me as genuine, compassionate, and encouraging. I am committed to continuous learning and integrating the latest research into my practice to best support those I work with.
