Introduction

Hi! Welcome to my psychotherapy practice. I began in this field as a Foster Care Worker in the District of Columbia. From there, I was trained at the Kennedy Krieger Trauma Facility to be a play and family therapist for children and their families, who were survivors of physical and sexual abuse. I have been in private practice for over 30 years and now see adult clients both virtually and in person. I am Certified in both EMDR and as a Trauma Informed Care Professional, while also specializing in the recovery from Narcissistic abuse from partners, family members and in communities. I extensively work with Adult Children to recover from adverse childhoods and develop healthy relationships and boundaries. I hold numerous certifications and affiliations that further my training and expertise in the field of trauma. I also provide coaching to many professionals who want support in treating their clients, as well as, individuals that don't need therapy, but want guidance on developing a more fullfilling life. My passion for Trauma Informed Care has allowed me to continue to help adult survivors of all levels of trauma and to provide healing and hope for new beginnings. I am currently accepting new clients virtually.
