Introduction
With an emphasis on strengths, I collaborate with my clients to identify and address their needs. My practice is divided between therapy and neuropsychological evaluations. I take an integrative approach to psychotherapy, as I draw from cognitive behavioral therapy, relational theory, and other evidence-based approaches, including mindfulness. I have had the privilege of working in various settings including hospitals, community mental health centers, therapeutic schools, independent schools, and public schools. I have helped clients identify and cope with a variety of concerns and diagnoses, such as anxiety, mood disorders, ADHD, learning disabilities, and autism spectrum disorders. I am a Massachusetts licensed psychologist and a licensed school psychologist. Therefore, I am very familiar with processes parents must follow to secure both community and school-based support for their children. I accept private pay and will generate the required documentation so clients with out of network benefits can obtain reimbursement.
