Introduction
Over the last several years I have worked with individuals, couples, families, and groups, noticing that there was a moment in time in each treatment area when clients sought out an escape plan from their troubles. That escape may have involved suicidal thoughts, divorce, avoidance behaviors, or other self-damaging techniques. But the work placed into the therapeutic relationship resulted in multiple progressive patterns leading to a serene state for these individuals, couples, families, and groups. This led me to establish my practice titled, "True Escape, Marriage and Family Therapy." This True Escape allows the Client(s) to clear their mind in a safe space and learn to manage their symptoms as well as respond accordingly to surrounding circumstances. Recently, our escape team has expanded to include several escape therapists.
