My Name is Mendy McLaughlin and I am Supervised by Jaime Telfeyan, LPC-S. In therapy, I help you understand what’s going on in your life and work with you to find ways to feel better. I use different tools, like talking through your thoughts and feelings, practicing mindfulness, and learning skills to handle stress and tough situations. For teens, I know it’s important to feel understood and find ways to manage school, relationships, or personal struggles. When working with families or couples, I help everyone communicate better and understand each other more. My goal is to give you the tools to build confidence, navigate challenges, and make positive changes in your life, whether you’re dealing with anxiety, self-esteem, or big life transitions.
