Greetings! I'm Melvin I’m a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker. It has been my dream working in the helping field, more specifically, with mental health, education, and supporting youth. A core value of mine is meeting people where they’re at in their life journey, no matter the circumstance. I value people from all backgrounds of life, and the experiences they bring into the therapeutic space. I respect the inherent abilities, dignity, and worth of all people. My therapeutic approach is multifaceted, giving room for freedom of expression, and client self-determination. My approach also is focused on integrating client strengths into the therapeutic process. I have over 10 years of experience working with youth, ages 4-17, adults, and families.
