I found my passion at a young age when I developed an affinity to help people and solve problems – and I never turned back. If you were to ask my family and friends who am I? They would tell you I am fun, energetic, loving, compassionate, and loyal. I grew up in Upstate New York, received my undergraduate and graduate degrees in Pennsylvania. I had the best professors and internship supervisors that, I believe, counselors could have dreamt of. I moved to South Florida where I worked with adolescents, families, and adults who faced trauma and addiction. This is where I gained certification in EMDR. Next, I moved to Dallas, Texas (my favorite state!) where I have worked nine years for co-occurring facilities as a Therapist, Vice President, and Director. I have had the honor to have worked with some of the most brilliant minds across the country, building and promoting quality. Most weekends you will find me walking my prefect one year old Golden Retriever on the Katy Trail or taking a local yoga class. I believe in true honest healing. Our freedom is our wisdom, our wisdom is our power. As I entered this career, I knew I was doing exactly what I was sent on earth to do – to provide hope, motivation, and love to those who needed it most.
