Hello, I'm Melissa! I really enjoy working with individuals that are ready to join me on a mission to live fully alive. I am looking for clients that are motivated to make a change in their life and are ready to put in the hard work necessary to get beyond the trauma of the past and start living a life full of direction and purpose. If you are ready to commit to working through the bumps in your past and gain the tools to be able to weather hard storms in your future, then I am excited to work with you! The analogy I give to explain how I approach therapy is that you are at the wheel and I am sitting shotgun. You know where you want to go and I'm next to you giving you the tools you need to get there. Sometimes my role is as simple as turning the map over to help you look at it differently and other times my role requires me to get out and fill the gas tank. No matter what your journey looks like, I can't wait to join you for it!
