Welcome, I’m so glad you are here! I aim to create a safe, welcoming space where children and adolescents can feel heard, supported, and empowered. My approach is trauma-focused and strengths-based, meaning I focus on understanding the impact of trauma while helping clients tap into their own strengths to heal and grow. I am trained in Play Therapy, Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), which allows me to use a variety of evidence-based techniques tailored to each child's unique needs. I specialize in treating sexual abuse, trauma, anxiety, depression, PTSD, behavioral concerns, and more. With nearly 20 years of experience in child welfare and mental health, specializing in supporting children and families affected by abuse and neglect, I have developed a deep understanding of the unique challenges faced by children and adolescents in these situations.
