Introduction

I value the therapeutic process as a unique one; specific to each individual. I take an integrative and client-specific approach, providing treatments best suited for their capabilities and readiness for change. I foster a safe and comforting, yet no nonsense, environment to explore and overcome obstacles. Therapy is WORK and I consider myself a results driven therapist. The outcome of this work far outweighs any initial discomfort. My areas of specialty include the treatment of Eating Disorders, Trauma (PTSD); Grief; Addictions/Alcoholism; Codependency/Attachment & Abandonment challenges; ADD/ADHD and Spectrum Disorders. I am trained in and utilize the following modalities, to name a few: EMDR, REBT, Solution Focused; CBT; and RO-DBT. I offer free phone consultations to answer any of your questions and to determine my skill set is, in fact, the right fit for you.
