My goal as a therapist is to provide you with a safe and non-judgmental space to be yourself and work toward your personal goals. It is my belief that every individual is capable of fostering change when given a safe place to be vulnerable and heard. You may be struggling with substance use, depression, anxiety or feeling stagnant and discouraged. Whether you are going through a difficult time or feel as if you are in a downward spiral, together we can work toward positive change, establishing healthy coping skills, building on existing strengths and empowering you to take action. As a Licensed Alcohol, Drug and Mental Health Counselor I enjoy and have experience working with individuals 15 and older addressing addiction, relapse prevention, family dynamics, depression, anxiety, self-esteem and general life decisions. All of us have the capacity to grow and obtain a deeper understanding. It takes a lot of courage to ask for help and you deserve to live life rather than survive it. I will always strive to provide an environment that incorporates genuineness, acceptance and empathy so that you have the space you need to share, learn and heal.
