Introduction

I am a Licensed Professional Counselor and Licensed Chemical Dependency Counselor with clinical experience treating substance use and co-occurring disorders. Some of the issues I frequently work with include alcohol and drug use, process addictions, anxiety, depression, stress management, self-esteem, interpersonal relationships and challenges related to life transitions. I use a variety of theories and orientations to deliver effective treatment tailored to your needs. I believe in the power of the therapeutic relationship and will work with you to establish an open, trusting environment for healing and growth to take place. The process of selecting a therapist can be overwhelming. Whether you are exploring therapy for the first time or returning for maintenance, feel free to reach out for more information. I would love to help you on your journey!
