I believe therapy is an opportunity for people to explore themselves and their relationships in order to create space for self-acceptance and deeper connections. In our work together, we will explore life’s challenges, celebrate its joys, and process the experiences in between. I practice focusing on clients' strengths, collaborating to create an individualized approach to address each client’s unique needs. I have extensive experience working with individuals and couples experiencing challenges related to anxiety, depression, life and career transitions, intimacy, self-esteem, body esteem, communication, infidelity, divorce, grief, trauma, and financial hardship. I practice from an Anti-Racist stance, use a Health At Every Size (HAES) perspective and am a LGBTQ+ affirming therapist. I use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, the Ackerman Relational Model, and Psychodynamic Theory in my clinical approach. I always practice from a warm, non-judgemental space to work with you and your needs.
