My approach is person-centered, rooted in cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), and integrated with brain-based techniques to help you heal and grow. I have experience working with clients of all ages, races, genders, and sexual orientations who are struggling with life's challenges. I believe that you are the expert of your own life, and my role is help you identify and reduce barriers to wellbeing.
