Melissa received her master’s degree in Professional Counseling in 2007 with internship experience in a homeless shelter and community clinic at her university. She obtained her License in Professional Counseling (LPC) in 2008 and worked the first part of her career in Family Preservation as an in-home therapist working with at risk families. Melissa obtained her license in clinical professional counseling (LCPC) in November 2012. Melissa has served at Bert Nash CMHC since October 2015 in Child and Family Department and currently provides telehealth services through that agency as a private contractor. Melissa is also licensed as a clinical professional therapist supervisor providing supervision for LPC's working towards their LCPC.
