It is my goal as your therapist to support you as you experience this complicated journey of new parenthood; to meet you where you’re at, help you make sense of this experience and move forward with more resilience. I am a mother of three, a singleton and a set of twins. My lived experiences and trainings with Perinatal Support International give me a depth of knowledge and understanding in supporting new parents.
