Introduction

I am an individual therapist focused on supporting new parents adjust to their new roles. Whether you are struggling with perinatal depression and anxiety, communicating with your coparent, getting your basic needs met, or any other challenges that come with this big life transition, I’m here for you. It is my goal as your therapist to support you as you experience this complicated journey of new parenthood; to meet you where you’re at, help you make sense of this experience and move forward with more resilience. I am a mother of three, a singleton and a set of twins. My lived experiences and trainings with Perinatal Support International give me a depth of knowledge and understanding in supporting new parents.
