Drawing on my training with Dr. Brene Brown, I offer courses for women struggling with perfectionism who may be feeling “never good enough”. I help them identify the things that get in the way of authentic connection with themselves and others, such as people pleasing, self blame, guilt, and burn out. And I help them develop more self compassion, self confidence, and a true sense of their worthiness.
