Introduction

Hello and welcome! I know how difficult making changes in your life can be. Asking for help and support is not a sign of weakness, but rather a sign of strength and commitment to improving your life. I am here to help you on your personal journey to achieve a life filled with peace, happiness, and emotional well-being. A primary focus of my work is providing Psychological Evaluations/Testing for adolescents (age 13+) and adults. I am experienced in evaluating for ADHD, Anxiety, Autism, Bipolar, Cognitive Functioning (IQ), Depression, Personality Disorders, and Psycho-education Evaluations for possible Individual Education Plans (IEPs). Additionally, I provide evaluations for Pre-Employment Screenings, Fitness for Duty Evaluations, Weight Loss Surgeries. With over 20 years of experience as a mental health professional, I provide quality individual therapy to adults (18+). I work with a wide variety of challenges including depression, anxiety, women's issues, life transitions (divorce, college, career changes), and grief/loss. In addition to therapy sessions in my office, I also provide telehealth video counseling through a HIPAA-compliant portal (for Ohio and California residents only). My goal as a therapist is to empower you to find unique strategies that will help you to discover the true potential of your life. There may be no magic button or quick-fix solution when it comes to changing things from the past that have been difficult, but by working together, you can find comfort and resolve the difficult areas of your life, and the challenges you have to face. Through various techniques and therapeutic approaches with proven results, I am able to determine what behaviors and/or thoughts might be holding you back from living your best life and finding meaning in everyday situations. Whether you are looking for support and guidance through a particularly difficult time, or seeking a major change in your life, I will work with you to achieve your dreams and meet your personal goals.
