Hello! I earned my Master's Degree in Clinical Psychology from Roosevelt University in 2020 and since then have worked as a crisis counselor, an outpatient case manager at a community mental health center, and in private practice. I would describe my approach to therapy as being eclectically-oriented, meaning that I don't use a one-size-fits-all approach to working with my clients and instead prefer to pull from various orientations to help my clients. That being said, my approach is firmly rooted in existential therapy and in helping clients make meaningful and rational choices. I specialize in working with clients struggling with codependency, boundary development, and gender identity but I see clients with a wide range of struggles. I utilize a sense of humor in my approach and always strive to meet my clients where they are in order to facilitate change. I look forward to getting to know you and to taking this journey together!
