Introduction

Whether you've been in therapy before or are getting started for the first time, the process can sometimes feel overwhelming. I know it took a lot for you to get here, so while you’re here, I hope you connect with something that offers a bit of comfort. My experience and interest lies in working with adults healing from complex trauma (C-PTSD), family of origin wounds, narcissistic abuse, attachment issues and addiction. Since earning a Master of Arts degree in Professional Counseling in 2010, I've held clinical positions ranging from residential primary therapist to clinical director, eventually transitioning to private practice. My goal is to incorporate elements from various evidenced-based techniques throughout treatment. Depending on the issue and the client’s feelings, I regularly draw from cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), attachment theory, family systems, psychodynamic, strength-based and mindfulness coaching. You deserve to experience peace. I encourage you to take the next step and schedule a free consultation. I believe with the right support, anyone can heal and thrive. I’m committed to being that support for you!
