Introduction

Life can be challenging and having a place to process your past and current experiences can provide healing and growth. My vision for Speranza counseling is to provide hope to individuals across the life span and create change in their lives. Over the last decade I have worked with children and families in the community setting and refocused my career to provide opportunity for growth and clarity. I believe individual therapy can provide a safe place to explore who you are and who you want to be in a non judgmental environment. I received my Master’s Degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Georgian Court University and a Master’s Degree in Holistic Health. My postgraduate work at Georgian Court University started a journey in expanding my clinical skills in unison with evidence based holistic interventions that promote emotional wellness and self awareness. I am committed to providing healing in treatment for those struggling with, trauma, anxiety, post traumatic distress, mood disorders, personality disorders, grief/loss, life transitions/adjustment, substance abuse and co-occurring disorders.
