Introduction

I received my Master of Professional Counseling from Argosy University. I have been in private practice since 2009 and have extensive counseling experience with individuals and families, specializing in depression, anxiety, relationship difficulties, and substance abuse. In my work with clients, I provide a non-judgmental, protected space that allows you to process your thoughts and emotions. There is not one approach that works well for everyone. I base the sessions, on what you feel comfortable with, your personality, and the reason you are seeking therapy. After each session you should feel better prepared to take the steps needed to come to terms with the issue you sought therapy for in the first place
