Melissa provides a safe, non-judgmental space where clients can explore their inner selves, build resilience, and gain deeper self-understanding. Her approach is tailored to each individual's unique journey, aiming to foster self-awareness and promote healing. Her path to becoming a psychotherapist grew from wanting to remove the stigma of seeking mental health help in our society. She began my career providing therapy inside a correctional facility, which allowed her to work with a population that is often overlooked. Through this journey, she was able to help individuals facing immense challenges, have a safe and open space to talk and develop understanding and healing from any emotional or behavioral struggles. "I love what I do, and I am a firm believer that we are not meant to heal alone; we heal together"
