As a certified WPATH provider, Melissa undergoes extensive training in her work with transgender and gender-nonconforming individuals. In her practice, Melissa seamlessly integrates various therapeutic approaches, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Person-Focused, Motivational Interviewing, and Solution Focused Treatments. Originally from Richmond, Virginia, Melissa earned her Bachelor of Science Degree in Psychology from the University of Georgia and went on to achieve a Master’s Degree in Professional Counseling from Georgia State University.
