Families facing are facing feelings of anxiety & isolation in these unprecedented times, challenging their sense of wellness in creating safety, resilience and peace. I offer support to children, teens, young adults & parents as they navigate their feelings, relationships, and their place in their community, school & family. Adjustment to new situations within these systems include coping skills to lessen the impact on mental and physical well-being. I promote the balance of mind, body & spirit utilizing compassionate holistic interventions, honoring inner strength, individuality & respecting multiculturalism. I use a strength based, collaborative approach focusing on holistic intersectionality, compassion & connectedness. We are influenced by our family of origin, cultural backgrounds, social networks, & different life experiences. My work supports these influences with respect to the unique individuality we bring to the roles in our lives.
