Hello, I am Melissa and I am here to help people with various mental health struggles. My approach is a present day approach where I help those in need find a sense of purpose and meaning in life. I use mindfulness, Dialectal Behavior Therapy and cognitive behavioral therapy when engaging with anyone in sessions. These approaches help people find a healthy sense of self along with coping skills and thought challenging techniques in their day to day lives. I like to approach others with a positive and supportive tone of voice and encouragement.
