In my practice as a clinical psychologist, I specialize in combining insight-oriented and relational therapy with mindfulness to treat psychological issues that cause distress and interfere with the ability to live life fully. I am a credentialed member of the National Register of Health Service Psychologists. I received my Doctorate in Clinical Psychology in 2017 from The Chicago School of Professional Psychology, and I am completing advanced training in Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) through Brown University. Prior to my career in psychology, I worked in different industries for 15 years with a Bachelor of Fine Arts (BFA) degree.
