Life is hard. Everyone experiences seasons where we need someone to help us carry what feels too heavy to hold on our own — seasons of sadness, anxiety, transition, or grief, processing past trauma, unpacking our story, and navigating conflicts that we just can’t seem to find our way through. Melissa has over a decade of experience walking alongside individuals, couples, and families in their journeys of healing and growth. She is highly relational, warm, and grace-oriented. Melissa is passionate about helping each of her clients uncover how their unique stories can lead to healing, redemption, and hope. Melissa specializes in working with trauma, attachment, and spiritual issues. She is also trained in EMDR therapy. Melissa offers both in-person and Telehealth sessions and is currently licensed in California (in-person/Telehealth) and Illinois (Telehealth only).
