Coming to therapy can be one step forward in improving your life, but entering therapy takes courage. When life’s problem’s become too difficult to handle on your own remember that you are not alone. I would like to be able to support you in finding ways to change your life for the better. I work with a wide variety of clients including those with trauma, anxiety, depression, mood disorders, stress, bereavement and interpersonal struggles. I work in a client centered way, primarily drawing from a combination of Cognitive Behavioral (CBT) and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) therapy. My approach is to combine client focused therapy with research based techniques to help her clients feel and live better.
