Introduction

I am an MSW, Licensed Social Worker specializing in clinical and trauma settings. When I took my first social work class while pursuing another degree, I fell in love with the profession and knew this is precisely what I was meant to do in life, to assist and advocate for others. I specialize in depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, trauma, PTSD, and family counseling. I use various psychotherapy treatments, including but not limited to CBT, TI-CBT, trauma-focused, and family-focused approaches. I have experience working with adolescents, young adults, adults, and geriatrics. I look forward to walking down your path, collaborating with you, and working with you to improve your whole health. As an LSW, I want to end our community's behavioral and mental health stigmas! It is OKAY to not be OKAY!
