Introduction

I help others understand themselves and manage change. My main goal is to provide quality individual counseling services that improve self-awareness regarding the dangers of substance use/abuse. I can help you understand the phases of relapse, use the information to examine past behaviors, identify triggers and warning signs of relapse. You will learn and practice using healthy and pro-social skills that help you effectively manage future situations. You will learn to proactively manage relationships and self-care so you won't feel the need to turn to drugs for comfort. LGBTQ friendly. Services will not be denied based on your inability to pay and will not deny services for any reason including race, color, sex, national origin, disability, religion, age, sexual orientation, or gender identity. Sliding Fee Discount Program available (based on family size and income).
