Introduction

I provide psychotherapy and assessment services to adolescents and adults. I specialize in anxiety and panic, particularly in individuals who have Autism. I am passionate about using Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (or ACT) with clients. What is ACT? It’s a scientifically supported type of therapy that really works! In ACT, every client finds their own life directions, and we work together on working with your hurdles to get you closer to the life you want.
