My goal for therapy is to facilitate change and insight in my clients so they can discover their strengths. These gifts enable them to work through problems and find a new way of acting and reacting. Acceptance and Commitment Therapy and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy are utilized to grow spiritually and personally, and learn to use our pain and adversity as tools to gain wisdom and eventually thrive."Introduce yourself to prospective clients.
