If you're looking to have more positive thoughts, stronger emotional regulation, and increased self-awareness, we may be a good fit! I use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, focusing on thought patterns and how they impact our emotions and behaviors. I also work with Person-centered Therapy and a myriad of techniques from other approaches, allowing me to be my genuine self and find the best suitable interventions and coping skills for you. I received my M.Ed. in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from William & Mary and I am currently a Resident in Counseling (to be an LPC) under the supervision of PCFS' Whitley Richards.
