I have knowledge and practice in using Dialectial Behavior Therapy with my clients, which can be affective for many people dealing with mood, anxiety, addictive, eating, impulse-control, personality disorders, and also individuals who are suffering with stress and depression. I am trained in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing. EMDR is psychotherapy technique that has been proven to be successful in helping people who suffer from PTSD, anxiety, depression, TBIs, addictions, phobias, and many other emotional problems.
