Introduction

I love working with clients who are feeling stuck or sense something holding them back from their true selves, and am especially skilled in helping those who are dealing with anxiety, depression, chronic stress, identity exploration, life transitions, grief, trauma, and body image. I acknowledge how systemic injustice impacts wellbeing, particularly for women of color and the LGBTQIA+ community. Healing is about discovery, with evolving goals and sometimes contradictions as you align with your true self. Through a safe and collaborative therapeutic environment, I encourage you to explore and embrace your authenticity. When you work with me, expect openness, authenticity, empathy, curiosity, and collaboration. My background as a professional singer has taught me the importance of finding your true "voice." In my practice, I use Person-Centered Therapy to foster self-understanding and growth. I integrate feminist theory, advocacy, and allyship in the therapeutic space. My goal is to help you live in a way that deeply satisfies you and expresses your true self. I believe that authenticity is our greatest strength, leading to a life rich with meaningful connections and joy. If you are eager to understand yourself better and overcome limiting beliefs, I’m ready to be your advocate on the journey.
