I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist specializing in Couples Therapy, Infidelity, Marital Conflict, Family Issues, Childhood Trauma, PTSD, and Perinatal Mood Disorders. I am always working on my skills as a therapist and have extensive post-Masters training in Emotionally Focused Couples Therapy, EMDR, and Perinatal Mood Disorders. I believe the best therapists have survived struggles of their own. From divorced parents and childhood truama with my single mother, to marital issues, to parenting alone.....all of this left me with a warrior mentality to not only survive, but to also create a fulfilling life and help others.
