Introduction

I specialize in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT) for adolescents and young adults (16-30 years old) with anxiety, depression, and interpersonal struggles. I have experience working across different settings including outpatient clinics, inpatient clinics, residential programs, and partial hospital programs. Many teens and young adults who I work with struggle with regulating their emotions, which often impacts life at home, school, and relationships. My style is a balance between validation and change strategies sprinkled with (quite a bit of) humor. I value the therapeutic relationship and want clients to show up as their genuine selves; I will do the same.
