Introduction

I often share with kids, teens and families that we all hit various "ice patches" in our lives. We can feel like we are not in control of our feelings, behaviors, or our personal situations. This loss of control can present slowly or suddenly. This of course all depends on you and your unique individual circumstances. Whether your problems are just building up or boiling over, knowing you need support takes courage, time, and action. Contact me for initial screening and available appointment times. Open Tuesday-Thursday and some Friday's. 10:00 am-6:00 pm Dr. Melanie Cole, LPC, NCC
