Hello! I'm a (LMHC) Licensed Mental Health Counselor who is passionate about helping others reach their full potential by healing from within. My areas of expertise include depression, anxiety, trauma, stress, behavioral issues, and relationship issues. I'm certified in EMDR - Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing Therapy. As a former teacher and certified school counselor, I have worked with families and youth for more than 14 years. I have advocated for individuals throughout my career to ensure the best possible outcome for all those that I have served. My training in restorative practices, suicide prevention, and trauma informed care provides additional skills to work with clients that are struggling in these areas.
