Introduction

I am a licensed counselor with a Master's in Professional Counseling from Ottawa University, and an undergrad in Psychology. After working in group practice in Cheyenne, WY, I decided to bring my skills back to my hometown of KC. I understand firsthand how difficult it can be to talk about your feelings and to ask for help. That's why I am committed to creating a comfortable, non-judgmental space where you can feel safe to talk about what's on your mind. Whether you are looking to work through anxiety, depression, relationship issues, or anything else, I am here to listen. As a licensed therapist with years of experience, I am familiar with the significant changes that life can bring, and the challenges that come with them. Whether it's navigating a divorce, coping with the changes that come with perimenopause, or experiencing the joys and challenges of later-in-life dating, I can help you navigate these challenges with compassion and care. I provide a warm, non-judgmental, and safe space where we can work together to help you find clarity and understanding about your emotions and behaviors. At Immortelle Counseling, I understand that reaching out to a therapist can be a difficult decision. That's why I strive to offer a safe and welcoming space where you can explore your thoughts and feelings without fear of judgment. My priority is to build a strong therapeutic alliance with my clients. Together, we'll work on identifying your personal goals and work towards achieving them. Everyone's experience is unique, so we'll tailor your therapy plan to your specific needs and requirements.
