Our time together will create space for you to identify goals and then we will create a roadmap to get you where you want to be. I utilize Cognitive Behavioral Therapy to uncover core beliefs and reveal how they impact your life choices. I also use Solution Focused Behavioral Therapy in my work. Elements of Internal Family Systems are woven in so that you can better understand the many parts of you. I will offer you mindfulness and somatic strategies so you have a well of inner resources that will be with you always. I have specialized training in grief and am experienced supporting those undergoing cancer treatment.
