Introduction

My goal as a therapist is to help you build resiliency by finding new ways to cope with your trauma, depression, anxiety, and grief so you can start feeling like yourself again. I believe in meeting you where you are therapeutically while also encouraging you to challenge yourself in the therapeutic process. We will work together at your pace to ensure you are making progress that you can be proud of without becoming overwhelmed by the thoughts and emotions that arise. You are ultimately the decision maker about how to proceed forward in therapy and my role is to facilitate your journey and provide guidance and encouragement. I work with a variety of concerns including trauma, personality disorders, depression, anxiety, grief, self-esteem issues, codependency, and addictions. I specialize in treating combat trauma, sexual trauma, and borderline personality disorder (BPD). My approach is eclectic and holistic and is tailored to your needs, strengths, personality, and identity. I'm glad you have decided to take the first step towards healing by starting the search for a therapist. I aim to always be empathetic, respectful, and non-judgmental. I will work with you to build the trust required for productive therapy and to provide you with a welcoming space to openly share and process your thoughts, emotions, and struggles. For more information about the services I provide, you can visit www.renewedresiliencycounseling.com. I look forward to getting to know you!
