I specialize in therapy for individuals and couples who have experienced struggles in their relationships and managing stress. Oftentimes weak communication skills, unhealthy boundaries, struggling with emotional regulation and a lack of conflict management techniques result in us feeling unfulfilled in our relationships. In my work, I have found that these issues accumulate to feelings of sadness, loneliness, detachment, or confusion. This can be hard on both you and your loved ones. The most important part of therapy for individuals and couples is the work that we do around understanding behavioral patterns and learning more about healthy relationships. It’s important for clients to have a space where they feel like they can explain the complex emotions they are feeling without feeling judged. I have over 12 years of experience providing therapy for adults and couples, and I love seeing their transformation through the use of tools and talk therapy. I draw from mindfulness, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Family Systems Therapy, Internal Family systems (IFS) and Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) to help individuals gain the skills and resources they need. I offer one-on-one support, and couples work and family sessions. I support clients with generalized anxiety, relationship problems, depression, identity exploration, and communication challenges.
