I believe that we all hold within ourselves power to change and find the peace and joy we desire in our lives. I hope that I can be your ally and offer guidance as you explore the difficult areas in your life that you hope to change, acknowledge, or come to terms with. I have experience in helping adults with depression, anxiety, trauma, chronic pain, grief and loss. I use different modalities of care including CBT, EMDR, and mindfulness. I speak fluent Spanish, and am culturally sensitive. I would be honored to accompany you on your journey to desired change in your life.
